After graduating from Centennial S.S., Becky obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from Laurentian University, including a study exchange to the University of Limerick in Ireland, and the University of Wyoming in the US. Prior to PT school, she completed a Master of Science in Kinesiology from the University of Wyoming. She then completed her Masters in Physical Therapy at Western University in 2017.
Becky is dedicated to helping people live a healthy active lifestyle. She enjoys working with people of all ages and abilities. As a certified personal trainer and strength and conditioning specialist, she has a variety of experience in sports and exercise and looks forward to working with athletes of all ages and spectrums. She also has training in advanced manual therapy, and functional dry needling (FDN).
Becky grew up on a farm in Prince Edward County, where she continues to help out. She participates in a wide variety of sports, and has played high level competitive hockey, and competed in gymnastics. She continues to compete in barefoot waterskiing and has been a member of the Canadian National Barefoot Waterski Team since 2006. She has represented Canada at 6 World Championships, and is the current Canadian Women’s Barefoot Trick Record holder. Becky loves staying active and spending time with her family outdoors, working on the farm, and gliding across a glass calm lake.
